Refunds, Returns, & Warranty

 

RETURN POLICY

At Imperial Workshop, we value your satisfaction with your saber purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your item, we have outlined our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

 

RETURNS

- Time Frame: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.

- Condition: Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Packaging: After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.

- Mail Return: Mail your return to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

REFUNDS

- Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for the return to be processed.

- Credit Card Refunds: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

- Notification: You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

 

WARRANTY

- Coverage: Our warranty covers defective products with electronic malfunctions not caused by user actions for 14 days from the initial receipt of the product.

- Warranty Service: Once the warranty service (repair) is utilized, the product will no longer be covered.

- International Orders: International orders are responsible for any additional shipping costs related to warranty service.

 

Warning:

Frying your board is not covered by our warranty. To prevent frying your board DO NOT use a power source that is over 5V and 1 Amp to charge your saber. Check the specs of your charger and it is always recommended that you use a computers USB port to charge your saber (5V and 0.5 Amp).

 

CANCELLATION

- Restocking Fee: If an order is canceled or returned, there will be a 5% restocking fee applied to the total amount paid on the order. This fee is non-negotiable even if the cancellation occurs immediately after placement.

 

COUPONS

- Application: Coupons must be added during the checkout process on the cart page by clicking "Enter a promo code."

- Post-Order: Coupons cannot be added after an order is placed. If an order is canceled due to a coupon not being applied, a 5% restocking fee will still be applied.

 

Imperial Workshop reserves the right to make updates or changes to this return policy. All changes are effective immediately upon posting.
